Cheers to Safe Journeys! City Taxis partners with Abbeydale Road Beer Festival to promote responsible rides.
The partnership will see us take over the sponsorship of the Blades ticket office, match day tickets and season tickets.
Paul Gosney, our Business Development Director, said “we are very proud to be official partners with the red half of the city. We have been working with the club now for 12 years, having seen them go from league 1 to the premier league, and are very excited for the next 3 years”.
Blades head of commercial Paul Reeves added “This is an interesting new partnership that will encompass the overall business model of City Taxis and will emphasise the recent new divisions such as City Grab, City Connect, City Business and City Electric. We want them to be the first choice supplier for our supporters for all things transportation”.
We are also offering our Safe Taxi Scheme to all Sheffield United season ticket holders. The scheme is in place for circumstances where fans are at risk of missing an important event, feel their safety is compromised, or have no money to get home, then can use their season ticket card as temporary payment.
