We are working closely with drivers to offer the latest up to date information and advice based on HSE guidelines to keep you safe and have a dedicated response team to handle all queries and questions (details below). Drivers have been advised to continuously clean their vehicles following each journey. We are doing all we can to continue to safely get you where you need to be.

Self- isolation support:
As some of you will know we have just launched our Citygrab delivery app. We are working hard to offer this as widely as we can and add emergency delivery supplies.
We have many food outlets which are open and ready to fulfil your orders and we are also offering a ‘doorstep drop’. When checking out on the app if you request a doorstop drop this will alert the driver to knock on arrival then leave your food on the doorstop to avoid any physical contact. You will also be able to track the delivery via a text when the driver is on their way.
