This month we are celebrating Mental Health Awareness and Global Employee Health and Fitness month!

As many of us know, mental health conditions are common, impacting 1 in 5 adults annually. Taking care of our mental health is an essential part of our overall health and well-being. Our commitment to mental health has never been stronger at City Taxis so we are committed to operating an open, supportive, and inclusive workplace and we want everyone to know that it’s ok to reach out for help.

 

We want to ensure our workplace is somewhere people look forward to coming to every day, and where everyone feel supported.

 

Over the next few weeks, we have planned activities for all our staff to be involved with and to try boost our health and keep the energy levels high.

This month we are looking to provide a session in the gym where a qualified trainer will come to show employees how to use the equipment correctly and recommend different exercises.
