Firstly, we just wanted to say a massive thank you to our customers for supporting local.
Your love of local has meant we have been able to continue delivering food to the vulnerable, and businesses have managed to stay afloat, all because of you. We are working with some amazing independents on citygrab and we are sure you have had some delights delivered to your doors. Due to high market demand, we have decided to make some improvements to the citygrab app.
Some of the changes involved are:
- New picture lead visuals.
- Search bar for you to find your favourite outlets fast.
- Location services now showing the closest outlets to you.
- Promotions on specific items from outlets.
- ‘Exclusive to CityGrab’ outlets, supporting the local economy.

To increase our security measures we are using a Two Factor Authentication (2FA) process. You may be asked to re-enter your debit or credit card details to complete the authentication; please input your chosen card if requested.
